Welcome to Black Horse Cars blog

I am starting this blog to discuss my favorite topic which is Porsche and Ferrari. Both manufacturers use a black horse in their logo hence the name. I have owned a number of Porsche automobiles including my favorite which is the 911 Turbo in multiple variants. I also have owned a few Ferrari's including a 275 GTS/C6 and my favorite a 328 GTS.

I just returned from the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion which was as fun as always. I previously have attended most of the Monterey Historic Races organized by Steve Earl which have been memorable.

Finally, I was invited to preview the Porsche 918 prototype in Monterey last Thursday and I have some nice images.

I hope we can get this blog off to a speedy start.
